ABOUT ME

I bring a unique combination of strategic insight and adaptability honed by over 30 years of leadership experience across private, start-up, government and academic sectors in Canada and internationally, and a deeply values-driven approach to my work.

Some highlights:

Opening up US operations for a Dutch market research firm,
Building a privacy-sensitive BC population-based linked data resource at the University of British Columbia,
Designing a compensation system at Goldman Sachs in New York City,
Regulating 19 different professions in the Yukon, including handling complaints and discipline,
Designing and analyzing multi-country European developmental studies for pharmaceutical development, and
Analyzing and recommending incentives for physician work in rural and remote Alberta.

I live in Whitehorse, Yukon on the traditional territory of the Kwanlin Dün First Nation and the Ta’an Kwäch’än Council. I collaborate with a range of local, regional and national consultants.

I’m a mother of two teenagers, long-time yoga practitioner and teacher, a board member with Engineers Yukon, Chu Níikwän LP and Eagle Hill Energy LP, and a mentor passionate about fostering confidence and collaboration. At the heart of everything I do is a commitment to possibility, kindness, and achieving outcomes that are as feasible as they are impactful.
